Ingredients:
1 sheet of pre-made puff pastry (375 grammes)
350 grammes feta cheese
450 grammes fresh spinach, washed & dried
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
You will also need a lined baking sheet.
This film is one of a series being made as part of A Place at The Table, B-Arts new immersive theatre event exploring the role of food, cooking and eating. This will take place in the China Halls of the former Spode factory in Stoke-on-Trent, 2 - 7 November 2015.
