I made this video after scrolling through countless posts and videos making factual claims about "the most optimal" ways to stimulate muscle growth — often posted by reputable, science-based lifters. This video isn't meant to call anyone out. Many of these creators do provide full-length content where they dive into the nuance of training and explain the context behind their claims.
However, I’ve noticed a pattern: fans of these creators often take a strong stance, blindly defending their chosen "savior" while demonizing any other approach. Half the time, they don’t even realize that both methods can be effective. They form rigid ideologies based solely on short clips, without fully understanding the broader picture.
I’ve experienced firsthand just how limiting this mindset can be.
When it comes to science-based training, I’ve always believed in a more open approach — not just following creators you agree with, but also listening to those who challenge your beliefs. Try different training styles. Give them a real chance. Then move on and experiment with something new.

Science is a powerful tool, but it’s not meant to put you in a box. Stay open. Stay curious. And most importantly — remember that training is as much about personal experience as it is about research.
