The under fire African Spirits Limited director Peter Njenga Kuria is facing charges with tax evasion amounting to over 41 billion shillings. In the meantime, Meru Senator Mithika Linturi’s estranged wife Mary Kitany has informed the court that two ceremonies were held in Nandi and Meru counties where the marriage between her and Meru senator were held according to customary laws.
