She is co-founder of Integrated Comprehensive Systems for Equity and co-founder and co-director of the National Leadership for Social Justice Institute and Academy. Her research and teaching focus on systems change in educator preparation, in schools, and in districts to advance the learning of all students and to eliminate opportunity and achievement gaps.
