Ranking the Blue Circle on NCS

Описание: today I will be ranking all NCS songs with a Blue visualiser

as I already stated in the description of the Cyan circle ranking, there will be songs here that look like Cyan but really aren't, they are just slightly lighter or even brightened up Blue circles, and also because actual cyan circles are a little bit green as they are in between Blue and Green, and light blue circles are just, light blue
well luckily Blue and Cyan are the only controversial colours here, the other colours will be a lot easier to work with

also here I am not including Blue circles that are exclusive aka never uploaded to the NCS channel, but I am including removed songs from 2013 and 2014 though
