Описание: Koumei is one of the frames released with the most controversy and suffered many issues upon release. However, through various patches in the last few months, Koumei has fully realised her potential for some insane and FUN endurance gameplay. Omikuji's Fortune has been a massive QoL increase in combination with elemental damage from decrees not combining with weapon modding anymore. This allows Koumei to be a status powerhouse in any endurance mission in the game. In this video I will show my favourite Koumei build, weapon loadouts and some additional bits of in-depth info.
