Hello! Today we're going to be talking about 2d6 dice math in WH40k. All of the data here can be applied to a variety of other games such as Age of Sigmar (AOS) Killteam, Warmachine and many other games based on using 2d6.
Specifically, we look at charge probabilities with rerolls and modifiers as well as psychic tests. Then we look at how variance and "unluckyness" places a role in dice over the course of an entire game, and wrap it up with an example of how variance affects specific weapons.

**Quick correction, I called the weapon in the video a bolt gun when I should have said Auto Bolt Rifle. All the ranges are accurate. Applying the same techniques to your games is weapon/faction agnostic. Use these lessons learned to make educated and calculated decisions based on the specific matchup!
