Crazy Carrot Cake - Thumbs up! Check out this cake that my sister and I made in a regular version and a gluten free version. Crazy cake gets it's name from the fact that there's no oil, milk or eggs. Great for someone with an egg allergy!
This is a great cake made all in one bowl! I wasn't crazy about the gluten free version but recommend the regular.
