Bam Adebayo just broke the record for the 2nd most points in an NBA game, and the most points that we've seen the footage of... and yet somehow fans are STILL unhappy, criticizing the style of play, and discrediting the entirety of his performance simply because he chased the record.
This has brought us into seeing how not only social media but today's society has negatively affected the way we view the success of athletes, and a lot of times the negativity outweighs the celebration.
Is it time for a change? Or will we ever really be able to escape the shackles of modern NBA fandom?
