A 5 second snippet leaked on January 12, 2010, along side 4 other snippets, "Animal", "Sexy Ugly" the second verse of "Out Of Control", and "Take You Out". The studio version of the song leaked on June 23rd, 2012.

The lyrics of the song describe the relationship Gaga had with Lüc Carl in 2007, in particular, the love he had for his car (Nadine), a watermelon green Chevrolet El Camino.
