This yoga class will prepare your body and muscles for your mountain bike ride, but also prepare your mind. After this 20-minute sequence, your muscles will be warmed up and set up for proper activation. Your mind will feel calm, centered and focused, ready to take on the trails!

MTB Yogi is not just for mountain bikers. It is also great for desk dwellers, people who drive a lot, cyclists in general, and even dirt bikers!
MTB Yogi is different from other yoga for cyclists or yoga for mountain bikers because Agnès explains how the yoga poses and exercises demonstrated will benefit mountain bikers. As she is a mountain biker herself, she can relate exercises and poses with “real” mountain biking situations.
