Processing tomatoes has gotten EASY! This season we upgraded to the LEM Big Bite Meat Grinder #12 and the LEM Juicer Attachment. Just turn the switch and toss the tomatoes in. The sauce comes out the side and the peels, cores and seeds out the end. No need to cook your tomatoes, just chop them small enough to fit though the neck of the machine.
We use this grinder and juicer to make tomato juice, tomato sauce, tomato puree, pasta sauce, pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, salsa and ALL things tomato!
