Kettlebell workout for fat loss in only 5 minutes! This quick HIIT routine combines strength, bodyweight cardio & kettlebell exercises for an efficient full body blast. Created and performed by Fat Loss Expert and Master Personal Trainer, Max Barry. Set your interval timer for intervals of 50/10. Complete 4 rounds of this circuit.
