Full Recipe Ingredients:
1 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
1.5 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 scoop Whey Protein (Chocolate or Vanilla)
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
75ml Milk (Dairy or Almond)
3 Egg Whites
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a mug until smooth.
