Описание: For this 45 minute leg day, you will need a set of dumbbells, a bench or sturdy chair, a mini or loop band, and a mat. Adjust your weight selection with the rep count and exercise. Always keep your form and mind-muscle connection then challenge yourself with more weight. If one of those two things go, lighten the weight! This workout will challenge the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. THERE ARE LUNGES in every variation in this workout, so if lunges aren't your thing, you may want to check out some of my other videos : ) or you can go bodyweight and brace yourself up with one hand on a bench or wall. Widening the base of your feet will make luges feel more attainable as well. Options will be provided if you do not have a chair. I prefer a fabric band over the latex bands, bc it provides greater resistance and is more challenging. Happy Leg Day friends!
