Hiya all you cooky people..this is one of my first travel vlog for this channel and it’s to the calm and serene eco friendly place of Tapola in Maharashtra, India.
About Tapola....
Tapola is a satellite village of Mahabaleshwar about 25 Kms down the valley. A rustic hamlet famed as the 'Mini Kashmir' Tapola is an ideal destination near Mumbai and Pune for a back to nature experience.
About our stay...
Koyna Agro Tourism also known as Tapola River Camp is a campsite located right on the banks of the Koyna reservoir. Koyna Agro Tourism is amongst the pioneers who started river camps in Tapola.
Apart from the water based activities that Tapola River Camp offers Tapola is also the base camp for Vasota fort trek in the Koyna wild life sanctuary which is one of the most exhilarating treks that one can go for in Maharashtra.

This river camp stay is not only cost effective with yummy food and exhilarating water activities but it’s actually true to its name ! Highly recommended!
There are public buses between Pune to Tapola, however, I would recommend coming by your own vehicle as you can enjoy the picturesque drive at your own pace!
