Ford 3.0L Water Pump Replacement - Aerostar, B3000, Ranger 3.0 Overheating

This engine was overheating while stopped but would run normal temps at highway speed. I determined the coolant was not flowing properly which led me to believe that the pump had no vanes on the impeller.
