After years of making the worst laptop money could buy, HP finally did something shocking with the 2025 Stream. I've been roasting these laptops for over a decade, but this $178 computer might actually be...decent? Is this really the same laptop that made me want to throw it out a window or did HP secretly listen to my complaints?
