കോടാനുകോടികളൊന്നായ് പാടും മംഗളഗീതം

പാടത്തു പണിയും കർഷകരും
ചോര വിയർക്കും തൊഴിലാളികളും(2)
ജാതിമത ചിന്തകളിലുഴറാതെ
വർണ ദേദങ്ങളിൽ പതറാതെ(2)
ഒന്നിച്ചു വാഴുമീ ഈ ഇന്ത്യ നമ്മുടെ സ്വന്തം ഇന്ത്യ

Speech
Today we are going to talk a few words about Republic day.The republic day of India is celebrated on January 26th to mark the day when the constitution of India came into effect.From 26 th January 1950,India became a sovereign ,socialist, secular,democratic republic.The constitution gives the citizen of india,the power to choose their own government and pave the way for democracy.Even after getting independence on 15 th august 1947,we didnot have a constitution of our own .So we decided to draft a constitution and which is done by a committe headed by Dr B R Ambedkar and which is came into effect from 26 th January 1950.As a part of celebration ,the president unflurs the national flag and address the nation with his speech.On this prestigious occassion the gallantry awards will be given away to national heroes.Republic day parade is a prominent and eye-catching element of the celebration.It dipicts india's defence capabilities also cultural and social heritage.In every school we celebrate the republic day in its grandeur.Once again we can enjoy the republic day with its proudness and self respect ,and which increases patriotism in children from their early days itself.
