In this video, Paramedic CJ Higgins will take you through the American Heart Association's Hands-Only CPR. There are two simple steps to take when a child or adult collapses and stops breathing.
The Northwest Fire District received a donation of AHA CPR Anytime Kits that we are distributing to local businesses and organizations. We have different kits for adult/children and infants. Please reach out to Melissa Egan at [email protected] if you'd like to sign-up for a kit.
