DC-9-15 VS DC-9-32! USA Jet CLASSIC DC9 action in Montreal (YUL/CYUL)

Описание: Which DC-9 variant is your favorite? The shortest or middle one! I always enjoy catching these classic birds, so happy I get to see them somewhat on a regular basis (sort of lol)!

The DC-9 was a very popular short range jet designed by Douglas Aircraft (later becoming McDonnell Douglas), 976 were built between 1965 to 1982, with 5 variants.

The 5 variants are Series 10 (11,12,14,15), Series 20 (21), Series 30 (31,32,33,34), Series 40 (41) and Series 50 (51). Sadly, given the age of the aircraft most have been retired from service but luckily there are 37 DC-9's still active; and all are DC-9-10's and DC-9-30's (except 1 is a DC-9-20).

Airlines like USA JET operate cargo charter flights using 3 DC-10F and 3 DC-30F's! This is a rare visit, however Montreal does see these cargo charter flights on occasion.
