Homemade Pompompurin Vanilla Pudding

It took a while, but I'm back with another Sanrio themed video. I bought this super cute silicone form during my trip to Tokyo last year and it was one of the best purchases I've made! Now I can always make my very own Pompompurin pudding from scratch whenever I want to. Selfmade pudding is super easy and so delicious, so in case you've never made pudding yourself I can only recommend you to try it out because it tastes so much better than the premade ones.

I'm still not 100% sure what kind of cooking/baking videos I'd like to do on this channel, so I'll try out a lot of different stuff. I hope you will look forward to it! I'm not going to make a schedule for it though because it would be too stressful for me and I'd like to have fun while doing it. Also, I'd like to buy a new camera in the future to improve the quality of my videos. But I guess that will take another while as well.

Recipe:
500ml milk
1 vanilla bean
40g cornstarch
40g sugar
10g butter
a pinch of salt

(optional) chocolate
(to serve with) any kind of fruits, strawberry sauce, etc
