Our Chair, Professor Dame Lesley Regan, was in conversation with Dr. Aziza Sesay, GP, founder of 'Talks with Dr. Sesay', health content creator, and Wellbeing of Women ambassador. They were joined by Jen Moore, aka @jen.dometriosis, a writer, speaker, and campaigner, as well as Zaynah Ahmed, a 19-year-old journalism student. Jen and Zaynah shared their experiences of living with heavy and painful periods.
