It's our first time trying Cebuchon! This is a special style of making Lechon from the Cebu region in the Philipines. Cebuchon looked irresistible when I saw it and knew we had to order on for a first time trying. Doing a full Lechon is still not off the table, but this will be a good entry into it for us!
