In this video, you will see me play Blightstone (Early Access Release). This game is a Party Management Tactical Turn Based Strategy RPG Adventure Tactics where the Combat Battles are played on a Gridless map. Blightstone plays similar to "Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch", "Wartales", "Urtuk: The Desolation", "Crowntakers", "Darkest Dungeon", "Hidden Pass", "Spellforce Conquest of Eo", "Prelude Dark Pain", "Dark Deity 2", "Those Who Rule", "Gordian Quest", and "Battle Brothers". Blightstone is a challenging, dark fantasy turn-based roguelike that brings unique twists to combat through freedom of character placement, interactive environments and hardcore resource management. Dying, learning and meta-progression will be key to defeating enemies. Your mission is to protect and deliver the Earthglass Crystal to the infernal rift. Only then you can destroy the Demon Overlord and shatter the Blightstone itself. Protect the crystal, if it dies the quest is over. You manage a party of 3 characters (with a maximum of 4 characters). Journey across this dark fantasy realm (a procedurally generated map) to deliver the Earthglass Crystal to the Rift. Manage your resources wisely. Earn resources from battles that you can use at your campfire. The Campfire Rest Phase is somewhat similar to the game Gordian Quest and a little bit of Wartales. During battle, there will be some skills that will require resources to activate. This game is a lot of fun and the art style is fantastic looking. I highly recommend checking out this game and adding it to your wishlist.
