Описание: A groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday, Jan. 21, for the Project Ranger site in rural Sandoval County. Located 3 miles west of Rio Rancho, the Castelion Corporation facility will produce hypersonic missiles for customers in the Department of War. Wednesday's ceremony featured remarks from Castelion officials, representatives from the military, state Economic Development Secretary Rob Black and Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham.
