chocolate chip condensed milk cookies

Ingredients
220g caster sugar
220g salted butter - soft
165g condensed milk
365g self-raising flour
100g chocolate chips

Method

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 180c/160c fan oven/350f/gas mark 4.

STEP 2
Cream the butter, sugar, and condensed milk in a large bowl until light. Mix in the flour to make a soft dough and then mix in the chocolate chips.

STEP 3
Roll the dough into golf ball size and place on a baking tray, flatten them out slightly space apart
as they spread bake for 15-20 minutes.

(TIP)
This makes a lot of cookies, so if you don't use it all, it will keep in the fridge for a week or freeze it as ball shapes.
