Drilling many items on a drill press can be dangerous if not secured. I have not seen a hold down clamp for the Shopsmith nor can I find a commercial hold-down clamp that can be used on the Shopsmith.
So I have designed a couple that should provide the security needed to prevent a work piece from spinning during drilling or boring.
Please watch and provide any feedback that could improve the clamps or require revision.
