Описание: This quick, easy, and healthy low-carb recipe is an option to replace bread for a snack or breakfast. It has no flour whatsoever (gluten-free), no milk (lactose-free), no butter, no egg, and uses few ingredients. It is very rich in fiber, which is great for your gut and for satiety. 📋 INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup flaxseed (   • Careful: EAT FLAXSEED THE RIGHT WAY - Comm...  )
7 oz / 200g onion (about 1 ½ cups chopped)
Salt, dried garlic, and cumin to taste (optional, use your favorite seasonings)

Makes 5 servings, each with approximately 151 calories, 11g of carbohydrates (7g of fiber), 5g of protein, and 10g of fat.

Microwave for 2 minutes.
