Key regulations like the NIS2 Directive, DORA, and the Cyber Resilience Act aim to address critical gaps, yet their implementation highlights challenges in aligning regulatory goals with practical realities. The panel discussion will focus on actionable steps to implement recommendations such as standardizing and harmonizing regulations, optimizing compliance and certification processes, enhancing cooperation and dialogue, building resources and awareness, and improving reporting and monitoring mechanisms.
