Chicken steak with green peppercorn sauce recipe
Ingredient
Chicken breast 300 gram
Wostershare 1 tbsp
Hot sauce 1/2 tbsp
Yellow mustard 1/2 tbsp
Dry oregano 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red Crush chilli 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Mix it well 👌 cook 6 to7 minutes on grill
Sauce recipe
Yellow butter 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 tsp
Demi glace 1 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Green peppercorn 1 tsp
Dry oregano 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Red Crush chilli 1/4 tsp
Saving with mashed Potato and vegetables
