Happy Labor Day! Start your holiday with this fun, 30-minute functional fitness workout that will help you generate energy, boost confidence, and prevent injuries. This session is perfect for all fitness levels and uses simple equipment like dumbbells and a mat.
In this workout, Nadya—a Personal Fitness Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist—will guide you through a routine designed to help you move better in your daily life. You'll learn proper body mechanics and build strength, balance, and coordination.
Workout Structure:
2.5-minute Warm-up
40 seconds of work / 20 seconds of rest
3 sets per round
1-minute transition between rounds
Plank challenge
Cool-down stretches

A mat
A pair of dumbbells
A chair or wall for modifications (optional)
