This sediment is called fenugreek sludge. The color of kanzaw oil is similar to that of crude palm oil. Even if pure kanzaw oil is kept for a long time, its original color, smell, taste, and medicinal properties do not change at all.

Kanzaw oil and its health benefits

Kamzaw oil can be used as a topical ointment for bruises and surgical wounds, hives, dry skin, stroke, and numbness.

Fake kamzaw oil, How to identify it

Put the coconut oil in a bowl. If it is slightly lighter than the color of sugarcane juice, almost the color of palm oil, and has a sharp, musty smell, then it is real coconut oil. Real coconut oil has a bitter taste.

Rub a little coconut oil on the palm of your hand and leave it for five minutes. The coconut oil will penetrate the skin. If it does not penetrate the skin and the oil remains on the palm of your hand, it is not real coconut oil.

Put the coconut oil in a bottle or container and put it in the refrigerator. After about an hour, the coconut oil will be frozen. When you take it out of the refrigerator, it will be light yellow in color. Real coconut oil will turn into a liquid 10 minutes after taking it out of the refrigerator and return to its original color before putting it in the refrigerator.
