When it comes to building muscle, one of the most important parts is the recovery process. Your nutrition is a huge key to recovery, building muscle, and losing weight. Working out is the easy part, eating healthy is something you have to think about all day every day. Nighttime nutrition can be difficult, especially because you might crave something sweet before bed. That is why I am going to give you a nighttime smoothie that satisfies that sweet tooth, and helps you recover from the day. Let’s get started!
Your body heals and recovers the most while you sleep. The vast majority of our testosterone is produced at night when we are sleeping. Here are the ingredients that we put in our nighttime smoothie for recovery:
#1: MIXED BERRIES
#2: TURMERIC AND CINNAMON
#3: BANANA
#4: TESTOGREENS
#5: CHERRIES
#6: ALMOND MILK
#7: WHEY PROTEIN
It is good to make sure that you are putting protein in your body at night to help you build more muscle during the recovery process. You don’t need to be too precise with these ingredients, but just make sure to not overdo it. You can also add some ice, if the frozen berries are not enough to make it that frozen texture. Some of these items can help you get some deeper sleep as well, so before bed can be helpful rather than during the day.
