Eric Clapton - 8 July 2018 London, Hyde Park [Multicam]

This is a multicamera film of Eric Clapton's performance on a very hot summer night at Hyde Park, London, on July 8th 2018. The show was especially memorable for a great version of Got To Get Better In A Litlle While and the reunion of Marcy Levy guesting on two numbers, including an amazing version of The Core. Carlos Santana joined the encore for High Time We Went. Had we hoped for a jam with Stevie Winwood (in excellent form earlier in the day), Santana and EC doing maybe Hendrix' "Litlle Wing" instead? Well, yes! That said, "High Time" has never been better.

Recorded by 4 of the 65.000 fans, our goal was to make the ultimate fan based document of the entire show. The video feed sourced from 3 different cameras held by ECfan, MikeyMike and Shimmy, was synced to the best available lossless audio stream from Daspyknows. Two cameras and the audio recorder was positioned within the Diamond Circle; one camera slightly in front and to the left of EC's mike, and the other camera with the audio recorder center stage along the fence. The third camera was positioned further back to film one of the screens.

Due to the multicam sources and edit nature of the project, we have focused on creating the best possible viewing and listening experience based on the different cameras each with different technical specifications. This is a true global fan project, made by EC fans for EC fans.
