Is COPYCAT the NEW BEST Stealth Perk Deck?

Описание: Everything about the latest PAYDAY2 Perk Deck. The Copycat perk allows you to pick between 22 abilities (each mimicking one of the other 22 perk decks), and also has 4 customizable cards which you can set to Health, Armor, Dodge, or Crouch&Carry Speed.
This has some clear applications for stealth, and they are all discussed here. Some conclusions are given about which are the current best perk decks for stealth, their advantages, and their limitations.
