As outlined in the previous video, this Vancouver-area patient in his 30’s travelled to Turkey to receive a hair transplant, thinking that he would obtain a quality surgery at an affordable price. Unfortunately, however, his gamble didn’t pay off and he was left with a botched result in need of further attention. Thankfully, Dr. Hasson was willing to take him on as a patient, and he underwent a 2000-graft FUE procedure at our clinic in Vancouver in order repair the damage. Just 6 months into his recovery, the difference quality between the two procedures is already palpable: in the weeks following his surgery at Hasson & Wong, both his donor and recipient sites healed much more quickly than they had done previously. In addition, the hairline is more naturally shaped and noticeably denser than it was before even at this early stage of regrowth (see 01:21 01:32). This comes as no surprise, as Dr. Hasson is renowned for his ability to dense-pack hairlines, often averaging 80-100 grafts per centimetre of scalp. The patient’s hairline, previously thin and ‘pluggy’ due to the presence of multi-hair grafts in the front, now consists entirely of sing-hair grafts – further contributing to its natural appearance.

Over the next 3-6 months, his density will most likely continue to improve. He is already extremely pleased with the outcome of the surgery and looks forward to seeing the final results!
