after deciding on a high quality lean protein (or combinations of proteins), and bulking up the meal with vegetables or fruits - the rest tends to sort itself out.

some recipe notes:
here i'm using 1 box of Banza pasta. there are many high protein legume pastas on the market these days. they all have slightly different macros. this one gave me plenty of carbs as well. win-win!
with the TPP and pasta we have at least 31g protein. the veg will add a few more grams. adding nutritional yeast can bump up the protein even more.
you can blend some tofu into the marinara to make a creamy high protein pasta sauce
each bowl has around 10g fiber.
