Making more friends in the UK -- following a fantastic lecture at FightCamp 2025, I had a fantastic opportunity to sit down with Dr. Toby Capwell and get some very experienced and thoughful answers to questions I've had about how armor (and protective gear in general!) impacts the art of swordplay (and martial arts in general).
