No not really, this is actually taken from "The Day Today", written by British comedy god, boundary smasher and my personal Idol, Chris Morris.

Chris is probably most famous for 'THAT' paedophile episode of Brass Eye, which was littered with Irony (I got it aged 12 for 'effs sake!) and Chris' trademark border-line-walking humour.

The point is that Nirvana were massively anti-establishment, and it would be absurd to think they'd do a song specifically for an advert; hense, the comedy.
