Why visit Anastasia Island near St. Augustine

Описание: We are Mark & Rad, a full time worker part time travel couple based out of South Carolina. We recently visited Florida and specifically St. Augustine.

Near St. Augustine Florida lies Anastasia Island. This is where the St. Augustine Lighthouse can be found along with many beautiful beaches. We saw sunrise on St. Augustine Beach and watched as surfers caught some waves. After the beach we headed to the Alligator Farm to do the Crocodile Crossing Zip Line course. This was so much fun and you get to zip line over actual alligators. Once we finished the obstacle course and Zip Line course we went to the St. Augustine Lighthouse to see sunset. We did sunrise and sunset on Anastasia Island and the view from the St. Augustine Lighthouse was incredible. We had such a great time and want to thank the Alligator Farm for the amazing zip line course. They did such a great job showing with the whole thing we couldn't have had a better time while on Anastasia Island. If you do visit St. Augustine be sure to give this place a day, see the beaches, go visit the zoo at the Alligator Farm, do the Crocodile Crossing course and end it at the Lighthouse.
