The Bugbies Room is one of 76 themed accommodations at the CBeebies Land Hotel, which opened on 8 July 2017. Other themed rooms include the Bing Room, Octonauts Room, Postman Pat Room, Swashbuckle Room, In the Night Garden Room, and Something Special Room. Larger suites are also available, such as the Something Special Suite, Swashbuckle Suite, and In the Night Garden Suite.

New for 2024 is the Bluey Room and Bluey Suite where guests are surrounded by Bluey, Bingo, Bandit and Chilly

The Bugbies Room Package at the CBeebies Land Hotel includes an overnight adventure in the Bugbies Room themed room, a full English buffet breakfast, exclusive evening entertainment, free parking, free wifi, and a 9-hole round of Extraordinary Golf. The Postman Pat CBeebies Land hotel room features free WiFi, Tea & Coffee, Complimentary Toiletries, a Hair Dryer, an Iron and Ironing Board, and more.

The Bugbies room is based on The Bugbies, the mascots of CBeebies, the BBC's children's television channel aimed at viewers aged six and under. These cheerful, yellow, blob-like characters with expressive faces have been a part of the channel's branding since its launch in 2002.

Alton Towers also has two other Hotels, the Alton Towers Hotel which opened in 1996, and the Splash Landings Hotel which opened in 2003. There is also an Enchanted Village which opened in 2015 with Woodland Lodges, Luxury Treehouses, and Stargazing Pods that opened in 2019.

Alton Towers Resort is a world-renowned theme park and resort located in the heart of Staffordshire, England. With over 40 rides and attractions, including 10 thrilling roller coasters, Alton Towers offers something for everyone, from families with young children to adrenaline-seeking thrill-seekers.
