We encourage you to join us daily – to make use of this space
and bring (or deepen) the practice of meditation into your life.

Choose a time that suits you.
There are bells at 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, or 60-minute intervals.
Simply sit, silently and free from expectation.

Everyone is welcome
Beginner or experienced. Curious or committed. Calm or overwhelmed.
Come as you are. Stay as you wish.
If you already follow a practice, continue as you know it – this space is here to support your consistency.
If you are new, this is a simple place to begin.

Guidance & techniques:
• Sit comfortably in a cross-legged posture. If you are unable to sit this way, sit on a chair and cross your legs at the ankles, placing the right ankle over the left.
• Keep your spine erect, without tension. Backrest is fine, but no headrest.
• Let your hands rest naturally.
• Keep your eyes closed.
• Stay alert and watch the natural flow of your breath.
• Whatever happens in your mind, body, or around you – let it be.
• If you notice your attention wandering, gently return to the breath.
• Nothing to change. Nothing to control. Nothing to force. Simply stay alert and bring your awareness to the breath.
• There is no good or bad meditation. Every day is new.
Consistency matters.
The practice is to bring meditativeness into daily life through presence.
