According to Isiodos, the Titan Saturn, cut off the testicles of his father Ouranos and threw them into the sea. The sperm of the fallen genitalia trapped inside a shell. The shell turned into a beautiful pearl. This pearl was the goddess Aphrodite, where she rose through the waves with an air of eroticism and seduction.
