Backfield Media presents our VA Seahawks Youth Football Spotlight (7U & 8U, Part 2)! This episode highlights the rising stars of the Seahawks program with interviews, stats, and game coverage that show why these athletes and coaches are making waves early.

✨ Featured Players & Stats:
• Trevor “TJ” Smith (TJ The Jett) – Powerhouse 1TD, 8 tackles, 21–0 win vs. RR Boyz; 1TD, 6 tackles, 2 TFL, 1 forced fumble.
• Darius Debo Bethea – Game 1: 3–5 passing for 40yds, 2 rushes for 30yds (1 rushing TD called back), 4 tackles. Game 2: 5–8 passing for 90yds and 1 TD, 4 carries for 60yds and 1 rushing TD (called back), 5 tackles.
• Aaron Flowers – A few tackles, 2 carries for 7yds each, contributed to a forced fumble (game tackle).
• Dominic Trevaughn Doggett Jr – 140yds, 3TDs, 4 tackles.
• Antonio Miquel Lynch Jr – 2 carries for 65yds and 1 rushing TD; 1 reception for 15yds and 1 catch TD.

🎥 The intro is designed to consistently showcase the athletes and coaches I’ve covered. I wanted to make sure this version did justice to the many names, faces, and stories I’ve been given the opportunity to tell — not only through Backfield Media’s coverage, but also through conversations I’ve had as a guest on podcasts like the Sports Aces Podcast. The previous intro didn’t fully capture that breadth, but this one reflects the ongoing journey of spotlighting both players and coaches who shape the game.

At Backfield Media, I’ve made it a point to include every team, player, and coach I’ve interviewed to give the community consistent exposure and recognition. This project is my way of giving both parents and coaches a chance to follow their players’ growth — while also showing my own journey and development through this work.
