Follow these steps to bookmark in Chrome Android:
1. Open Chrome Browser
2. Access the Webpage or Website link in the browser
3. Tap on 3 dots menu option
4. Tab on the Star icon at the top to create a Chrome bookmark
The Star Icon will be colored as bookmark will be created.

In order to access the Chrome bookmarks follow these steps:
1. Open Chrome browser
2. Tap on 3 dots option menu on Chrome
3. Select the Bookmarks menu from the list
4. Select Mobile Bookmarks OR Bookmark Bar
Here you will be able to see all the Chrome for Android bookmarked links under Mobile Bookmarks and Bookmark Bar has all the desktop bookmarks.

From here, you can also either edit or delete the Bookmark:
1. Access Mobile Bookmark under Chrome -- Bookmarks -- Mobile Bookmarks
2. Tab on 3 dots for menu option against existing Mobile Bookmark
3. Select Edit or Delete from the options to action on Bookmark
Once the bookmark is deleted it will be automatically removed from all the synced devices.
