Olivier Rousteing, designer for the brand, showcased a little bit of everything that Balmain is known for including new elongated oversize shoulders on a blazer, velvet pants, leather, embroidered pearls and crystals, and designs that looked like a painting created on a human form. One forgets that Rousteing is only in his second season for the label. Backstage after the show, Golan interviews top model Daria Strokous who says it's one of the best shows she can walk in during the fashion week season. She also loves the music everytime. "You can feel sexy, you can feel powerful, really, truly powerful, and the clothes are amazing," she says. Daria saw FashionTV for the first time when she was 15 years old and shares her memory.
