The Speed & Strength SS1000 Helmet packs a lot of bunch for a sportbike lid that starts at the $149 price point. Extremely lightweight at under 1400 grams, the SS1000 is designed for comfort, aerodynamics and performance. It is an advanced thermo-poly alloy shell with a CoolMax removable washable and moisture wicking liner system. Four intake vents combine with rear venturi exhaust vents for airflow and the anti-scratch anti-fog face shield features the "Lock N Load" rapid change mechanism to swap from clear to dark shields. The SS1000 meets DOT & ECE standards and is available in solids, graphics and womens' specific versions.
