At 1h00 yesterday after-noon a fire broke out at house on Tetrault Street at the corner of l'Heureux Street in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Fire crews from the SIM (Securite Incendie Montreal) responded to the address with the instruction that one person might have still been in the house, according to preliminary radio scanner reports. Firemen battled the blaze under frigid temperatures measured at -12 degrees Celsius. The fire was quickly extinguished moments after the 10-07 alert was given. Police officers from the SPVM were dispatched at the scene and met with fire crews as well as residents of the neighborhood.
