"What If" Small Councils: Jacaerys Velaryon

Jacaerys Velaryon, also known as Jace, was the firstborn son of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen and her first husband, Ser Laenor Velaryon. When Rhaenyra was crowned queen during the Dance of the Dragons, she named Jacaerys as Prince of Dragonstone and heir to the Iron Throne. So what if she is killed early on and Jace becomes King and takes King's Landing?
I will be making “What if” videos in the vein of Small councils. This stemmed from a comment from Samuel Coomes, who commented on my Daemon Blackfyre Kingsguard vid, asking for a Small Council for him. I will only pull from existing lore, and I will not make up any characters from scratch. The council consists of Hand of the King, Master of Whispers, Master of Coins, Master of Laws, Master of Ships, Grand Maester and Lord Commander.
This is all my opinion based on the A Song of Ice and Fire Lore, including Game of Thrones, Dunk and Egg, Fire and Blood, and House of the Dragon.
